Waited weeks for them to still not pick up the phone, extremely high price, still trying to get ahold of them to pick up my car

Very good experience, the owner fixed a leaky patch in my trailer roof that was not installed properly to begin with. He went through great lengths to ensure it would not leak again, despite the fact that it was not his work originally.

Wednesday, i got a flat tire. The company sent out a tow truck driver who was absolutely wonderful. He ended up bringing my car to the shop and said that they could have the tire changed tomorrow. I tried to call the shop multiple times the next day, my calls would not go through, and i couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox was full. I brought my new tire to the garage that I needed put on, and left a note with my name and number asking if they could call me later so that i can speak to someone and know what’s going on (Thursday). No call was ever made. Several times within the next 24 hours, myself, my partner, and both of my parents tried to call, still with no answers. One time my mom finally got through, and they said my tire would be done later Friday evening. We were given no time, and no one ever contacted me with an update. I tried calling again that night several times— again, no answers. The next morning, I still continued to try to get into contact with the company, and was unable to. Finally, around noon today (Saturday) I got a call that they were just now getting to my tire, but then it was done in a few hours. This entire process as a whole was very frustratin

This was the most incredible experience I have had with a tow company. I called on a saturday and they quoted me an extremely reasonable price to tow my car. We agreed for pick up on Monday. They were a few minutes late. I had tried to call and did not leave a voicemail. They called back right away, knew exactly who I was, called me by name, explained the situation and assured me they would be there soon. They arrived within the next 10 minutes! Not a single problem with loading or transport! Exceptional customer service and experience!!

When my car wouldn’t start at 1030pm, and my insurance company gave me misinformation about my coverage, I called Elite. The owner answered the phone and asked me a little about the situation, what the car was doing, and what I had already tried. His tow truck was not available and out of town. He came himself and told me if he couldn’t get it started he wouldn’t charge me anything! He was able to start it, the price was extremely reasonable, and he was a very nice guy! I’m always weary of mechanics, for obvious reasons, but this guy was very friendly! He explained what the possible problems were and said he would run a diagnostic free of charge if I called his shop the next day! Great service! Thanks for helping out so late at night, and being friendly and reasonably priced!
